Residential construction & renovation.
Whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and the exterior work that protects it all — managed by a contractor who treats your home like a project with a plan, not a job to squeeze in.
01How We Work
Organization is the difference between a renovation and an ordeal.
Most renovation horror stories come down to the same three failures: an undefined scope, a schedule nobody kept and a contractor who stopped answering the phone. Gazelle is structured to prevent all three.
Before work starts, you get a written scope that says what is being done, what is included and what is not. During construction, the site is kept protected and workable, trades show up in the right order, and you hear from us — not the other way around. At the end, we walk the project together and close out the punch list before we call it done.

02Scope of Work
What we take on.
From a single hard-working bathroom to a full-house renovation with exterior and site work attached.
Whole-Home Renovations
Multi-room and full-house projects with trades, materials and decisions sequenced under one schedule.
Kitchens
Layout, cabinetry, counters, tile and lighting — planned around how the kitchen actually gets used.
Bathrooms
Gut renovations and refreshes, with waterproofing and ventilation treated as seriously as the finishes.
Interior Remodeling
Reconfigured layouts, framing, drywall and finish carpentry that change how a home lives.
Flooring & Painting
Tile, wood and resilient flooring plus interior painting and skim coating, with proper prep underneath.
Exterior, Drainage & Site
Exterior improvements, drainage correction, driveways, fencing and site preparation around the home.
03What to Expect
Accountability you can actually see.
One point of contact
You work with the person managing your project, with questions answered in days, not weeks. No handoffs to people who have never seen your house.
Decisions before demolition
Selections, allowances and scope questions get settled up front, because mid-project surprises are where budgets go to die.
A protected, livable site
Dust control, floor protection and daily cleanup are part of the scope. If you are living through the renovation, the plan accounts for that.
Licensed and insured
Gazelle holds NYC DCWP Home Improvement Contractor License #2130767 and carries general liability insurance; residential home-improvement work is performed in New York City. Documentation is available on request.
