About
A contractor built around how projects should run.
Gazelle Construction LLC was established in New York in 2024 — a general contracting company organized around hands-on management, clear communication and doing what was agreed to.
01The Company
Why Gazelle exists.
Anyone who has hired a contractor in New York knows the failure modes: vague estimates, disappearing crews, scope that drifts and phone calls that go nowhere. Gazelle Construction was established to run projects differently — with hands-on management on every job, scopes put in writing, and problems raised early instead of discovered late.
We work on both sides of the city line: residential renovations and improvements for homeowners in New York City, and repairs, tenant improvements and restoration work for commercial properties across NYC and Long Island — and the people who manage them. That private residential and commercial experience — kitchens and bathrooms, interior renovations, masonry and lintel restoration, demolition and site preparation, drainage and exterior improvements — is the foundation the company is built on.
We are deliberate about staying accountable: Gazelle handles scope development, estimating, subcontractor procurement, scheduling, trade coordination, site supervision, quality control and closeout directly, with the work performed by qualified trade subcontractors we vet and supervise — and every project has one contract and one person answerable for it.

02How We Operate
The standards behind the work.
Hands-on project management
The people who walk your property and price the work are the people managing it. Decisions get made on site, not from behind a desk.
Clear communication
Scope in writing before work starts. Updates while work is underway. Straight answers when something changes — including when the answer is “that will cost more, and here’s why.”
Practical problem-solving
Buildings in New York are old, tight and full of surprises. We solve what the property actually presents instead of forcing a textbook plan onto a real-world site.
Accountable execution
Licensed with NYC DCWP (#2130767), general-liability insured, and organized so the punch list gets closed — not abandoned.
