Home Theater, Bathroom Gut Renovation & Staircase Refinish
A basement home theater rebuilt, a bathroom taken to the studs and redone, a staircase refinished and wall repairs throughout a Woodbury home.
Overview
A multi-area interior project at a private residence in Woodbury, managed by the owner: the basement theater room was reworked, a full bathroom was gutted to the framing and rebuilt with new tile, drywall, insulation and fixtures, the main staircase was refinished, and wall patches and paint were handled through the house. Gazelle coordinated every trade.
The Challenge
The family lived in the house throughout, so dust control and sequencing mattered: the bathroom was done so the house was never without one.
The Work
Theater: the room was reworked and finished, with seating and screen reinstalled. Bathroom: demolition to the studs, new insulation and drywall, tile, vanity, fixtures and lighting. Staircase: refinished. Walls: patches and paint through the house.
Where It Stands
Finished theater, a new bathroom and a refinished staircase. Final photography to be added.
