Warehouse Door Replacement, Lighting & Leak Repairs
A damaged exit door replaced, warehouse lighting repaired and a floor-level leak investigated at an operating warehouse.
Overview
When the owner took over this warehouse, an exterior steel exit door was damaged and several bays of high-bay lighting were out. A separate call came in for water appearing on the slab. Gazelle handled all three as one visit sequence so the tenant stayed in operation.
The Challenge
The lighting runs over loaded pallet racking, so the work had to be done from a lift in narrow aisles around stock. The leak had no obvious source at floor level, so it had to be traced before anything was opened up.
The Work
The damaged exit door was replaced with a new steel door and panic hardware. Failed light fixtures were repaired, with a licensed electrician brought in where the work required it. The water on the slab was investigated and its source documented for the owner.
Where It Stands
Door replacement and lighting repairs were completed in June 2026 without interrupting the tenant’s operations. Photos of the finished door are being added.
