Loading Dock Repair, Door Sealing & Bird Netting
Rotted door thresholds rebuilt, exterior doors and overhead doors sealed, and a loading dock repaired and netted at a warehouse.
Overview
Water and pests were getting in at several exterior doors and the loading dock of an operating warehouse. Gazelle rebuilt the rotted thresholds, replaced hardware, sealed the door and overhead-door perimeters and repaired the dock, then added bird netting under the dock canopy.
The Challenge
Every door was in daily use, so each opening was done and closed the same day. The dock canopy framing had deteriorated where birds had been nesting.
The Work
Thresholds rebuilt; doors re-hung with new hardware and weatherstripping; overhead-door perimeters sealed; dock canopy framing repaired and netted; brick jambs sealed.
Where It Stands
Doors close tight, the dock is dry and the nesting problem is gone. Invoiced October 2025.
